  • 1 cup (250 mL) cooked white or brown rice
  • 1/2 *avocado, mashed
  • 1/2 *banana, mashed
  • 3 tbsp (45 mL) unsweetened applesauce


  1. Stir together rice, avocado, banana and applesauce until well combined.
  2. Refrigerate leftovers for up to 2 days.
