
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) vegetable oil
- 3 cups (750 ml) sliced mushrooms
- 3 cups (750 ml) cooked USA brown rice, cooked in beef stock
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) thinly sliced green onions
Directions
- In large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat; sauté mushrooms until tender.
- Stir in rice and onions. Cook, stirring constantly until heated through.
